The project is centrally located in the southwest quarter of Zhongwei City, west of South Yingli Street, between Pingan Avenue and Shapitou Avenue. Area of the project site is approximately 80,000m², yielding a total gross floor area of about 16,000m².
The development of nearby blocks is still in the early stages, with residential and other cultural projects underway, which will to eventually form part of the overall Zhongwei Master Plan. In fact, the city’s urbanization has undertaken a contemporary approach in the design of its many new developments.
